Joseph P. Martone, Esquire
Joe Martone has 39 years experience as a family law attorney. He is a Fellow of the America Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, one of only 67 lawyers in Pennsylvania with this prestigious designation. He has been listed as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" for the past 10 years. In 2011/2012, he served as Chair of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Family Law Section. He is a noted author and speaker on family law issues, and provides regular updates to the Erie County Bar Association Family Law Section on new cases, statutes and rules.
Attorney Martone has been an adjunct professor of the Family Law at Gannon University since 1986 and a guest lecturer at Mercyhurst University and Edinboro University. Attorney Martone graduated from Penn State University and the Dickinson School of Law.
Paige E. Peasley, Esquire
Paige Peasley has practiced family law exclusively since 1980. She is a graduate of the University of Delaware, Phi Beta Kappa, and the Dickinson School of Law. Paige is well regarded as a skillful negotiation and tenacious litigator. She is past chair of the Erie County Bar Association Family Law Section, and has been instrumental in drafting rules for family law practice in Erie County.
